Terms & Conditions
- We'll keep this pretty simple. We really believe that you are going to love the meat we raise. BUT, we are new to this whole selling and delivering thing. We are also at the mercy of our processors. So if you don't like the way something tastes, that is our fault, the farmer's fault. If you don't like the way something is packaged, sealed, labeled, cut, processed, or seasoned... that is something we need your feedback for so we can take those complaints to our butchers. We have to put a lot of trust into the facilities and people who cut and package the meat we so carefully raise. So please don't be too quick to judge, because ultimately we don't have as much control over that aspect as we would like. (One day we'll have our own certified facility and can do it just the way we want!) So here's the deal. If you aren't totally ecstatic about our products, please let us know and I'll personally work out the issue with you.
- Sullifarm does not take any responsibility for the handling, preparation, storage, or cooking of this product. You are responsible for knowing about any food allergies or sensitivities you may have, before handling or consuming products. We attempt to display all labeling, claims, and descriptions as accurately as possible however do not guarantee the completeness of this information and therefore are not responsible for claims resulting from your reliance on such.
- From the time of delivery, you are entirely responsible for the safe handling of these products, and the conditions and consumption of the product is entirely up to your discrepancy. We recommend you follow the USDA's instructions on food handling safety. Failure to follow safe food handling practices may increase the risk of food-borne illnesses.
- We do not offer full refunds. If you need a PastureBox refunded, we can oblige, we just minus off the 6% processing fee on your order. So if you order $100 worth of products from us and need a refund, you'll be refunded $94.
