We do not spray herbicides or pesticides on our land. We use rotational grazing to mimic nature. This gives the land rest, and the cattle get to eat fresh forage left untouched since the last grazing.

We plant multiple forage species to give our cattle a balanced diet. Instead of eating only one type of grass, they eat a mixture of summer and winter annuals and perennials.”

We have worked with Windy Meadows Farm for years! Before partnering with them and selling their pastured chicken, we were driving to their small-scale processing facility to butcher the birds we used to raise. Windy Meadows has a top notch operation, we decided to stop raising meat birds at Sullifarm and just partner with their farm to sell the meat they raise, since their standards for land management and meat quality is right on par with ours.
